摘　　要：本文介绍了淄博市在全市范围内推行综合目标管理责任制的做法、成效和体会。两年多的实践证明,这个改革措施推动了妇幼卫生事业的发展。According to the author of the present paper,comprehensive MBO responsibility system has been widely implemented in Zhibo City.Two years'practice indicates that the measures are veryhelpful for the promotion of maternal and child health developement.
