摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济形势下,对县级妇幼卫生事业如何发展这一问题,笔者从妇幼卫生事业应尽快适应市场经济的需求、转变传统观念、引进企业管理机制、改革人事制度、改革分配制度、改革配套制度等几个方面进行了探讨。How to develope county—level maternal and child health cause under socialist market econo-my is discussed in this paper.According to the authors,in the maternal and child health works,people should adapt to the market economy more quickly,change traditional understanding,intro-duce enterprise management system,reform personel system,distribution system and coordinationsystem,etc.
