摘 要:以多孔丸模型为基础,建立了三相生物流化床有机物降解的动力学模型。以人工合成舍酚废水为底物,测定了生物膜密度、苯酚降解的本征反应速率常数及其在生物膜中的扩散系数,并通过大量试验对膜型的若干假设及可靠性进行了验证,结果表明该模型结构简洁、物理意义明确且精度良好。The article has established the kinetic model of organic matter degradation in fluidised bed bio-reactor based on the porous pellet model. In the experiment,synthetic pheno wastewater was used as substrate to determine the density of bio-film,the intrinsic reaction rate constant of phenol degradation and the diffusivity of phenol in bio-film. Several hypotheses and the validity of the model were also testified by a large amount of experiment. The result shows that the model has not only a simple and distic expression but also a good validity.
