IgE、IgG_4和IL-4在黑根霉菌致哮喘机理中的作用研究

摘  要:本文对32例黑根霉菌哮喘者(Ⅰ组),30例内源性哮喘者(Ⅱ组)和25例健康人(Ⅲ组)进行了特异性抗体,免疫球蛋白和三组淋巴因子;白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和r-干扰素(IFN-r)的水平测定。结果表明Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组相比,T_(IgE)、S_(IgE)、T_(IgG4)、S_(IgG4)、IL-4水平明显增高(P<0.01),而IgM、IFN-r水平则明显降低(P<0.01);T_(IgE)与T_(IgG4)、IL-4水平呈显著正相关(r=0.783,P<0.01;r=0.769,P<0.01),而T_(IgE)与IFN-r水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.761,P<0.01)。Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组相比无显著差异。三组之间IL-2水平无显著差异。说明IgE、IgG_4的生成和调节与淋巴因子IL-4/IFN-r的分泌有直接的影响。提示:黑根霉菌哮喘可能为IgE、IgG_4介导、由IL-4/IFN-r调控的Ⅰ型变态反应疾病。The serum levels of spicific antibody,immunoglobulin and three kinds of lympho-kines were examined in 32 patients withRhizopus Nigricans asthma (group Ⅰ) , 30-patients with intrinsic asthma (group Ⅱ), and25 healthy persons (group Ⅲ). The findingsshowed that the levels of T_(IgE), S_(IgE)(A val-ue), T_(IgG4), S_(IgG4) (A value) and IL-4 ingroup Ⅰ were singnificantly higher than thatin both group Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P<0.01).The levelsof IgM, IFN-r in the former, however,were-significantly lower than in the latters (P<0.01). In patients with Rhizopus nigricans as-thma, furthermore, there was positive corre-lation between T_(IgE) and T_(IgG) (r=0.783, P<0.01, T_(IgE) and IL-4 (r=0.769, P<0.01) ,resperectly, whereas negative correlation be-tween T_(IgE) and IFN-r (r=-0.761, P<0.01).However, no markable difference in the levelsof IL-2 were found among the three groups(P>0.05). It was suggested that the synthesisand regulation of IgE, IgG_4 were directly aff-ected with the secretion of IL-4, IFN-r, andRhizopus icans asthma might be type Ⅰallergic disease mediated by IgE, IgG andregulated by IL-4, IFN-r.
