摘 要:对60例急性乙肝、68例慢性乙肝和54例正常人进行微量元素、脂质过氧化物、抗过氯化酶类的同步测定。结果表明:急、慢性乙肝患者血清Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn和GSH-Px活力均低于正常人,MDA高于正常人。Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cu/Zn比率、MDA、SGPT各指标间存在着正或负的相关关系。提示微量元素与脂质过氧化物之间的变化,对乙肝患者的诊治和发病机理的探讨有重要意义。128 cases of hepatitis B, including 60 cases of acute hep- atitis B,68 eases of chronic hepatitis B,and 54 eases of normal subjects had been simultaneously studied for the determination of the quantity of trace elements and activity of Malondialde- hyde (MDA) and Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum。 The results indicated that in serum of the patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B respectively the quantity of trace ele- ments Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn and the activity of GSH-Px were lower, while MDA were higher than those of the normal persons. there were Positive or negative correlation between Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Cu/Zn ratio, MDA and SGPT in serum. It was shown that the changes of the quantities of trace element and lipid peroxides have distinct meanings in understanding the mechanism of morbidity of hepatitis B and for its diagnosis and treatment.
