摘　　要：目的:探讨芬太尼-乙咪酯静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的应用。方法:对120例人工流产术患者实施芬太尼-乙咪酯静脉麻醉。结果:术中患者无知觉,93.3％患者麻醉效果佳,复苏时间无明显延长,肌颤、恶心、呕吐发生率低,少数病人血压下降,心率减慢。结论:对人工流产患者来说,芬太尼-乙咪酯静脉麻醉是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。Objective: To explore the application of Fentanyl - Etomidate intravenous anesthesia in induced abortion. Methods: Fentanyl - Etomidate intravenous anesthesia were used for induced abortion in 120 patients. Results : No patient knew anything about the situation during the operation, 93.3 % of patients had good anesthetic effect. The muscle vibration, nauseating, vomiting happened rarely, Blood pressure decreasing and heart rate slowing were found in few patients. Conclusion: Fentanyl - Etonidate intravenous anesthesia is a safe and effective anesthetic method for induced abortion.
