子宫内膜异位症患者外周血T细胞亚群分析

摘　　要：目的:检测子宫内膜异位症患者手术前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化,了解病人细胞免疫功能状况。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法检测子宫内膜异位症患者体内CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+细胞水平,并取同龄正常妇女作为对照。结果:(1)手术前与正常妇女相比,子宫内膜异位症患者体内存在CD8^+细胞比例升高,CD4^+细胞比例和CD4^+/CD8^+比值下降;(2)手术后病人CD8^+细胞逐渐回降,而CD4^+细胞和CD4^+/CD8^+比值呈现回升趋势。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者存在T细胞免疫异常,这种异常可在手术治疗后得以恢复。Objective: To investigate the condition of cellular immunity in patients with en-dometriosis ( EMT) by analyzing the composition of T cell subset in peripheral blood lymphocyte ( PBL) . Methods: PBLs were drawn from 20 patients with EMT before and 5 days after operation and indirect immunofluorescent method was employed to detect T lymphocyte composition in PBL. 20 normal women were taken as control. Results: (1) Before operation, level of CD8 + cells in patients' PBL increased while CD4+ cells and CD4 + /CD8+ ratio decreased when compared with normal control; (2) After operation, CD8+ cells in patient increased and CD4+cells and CD4 + /CD8 + ratio increased when compared with situation before operation. All indice tested tended to be normal. Conclusion: Cellular immunity disorder was existed in patients with EMT. But normal T cell composition could be restored by removing lesion after operation .
