摘　　要：目的　研究医院护理人员的主要死因及其对寿命的影响程度。方法　采用寿命表法对唐山市 2 0家区及区级以上医院护理人员 (1985— 1999年 )的寿命及死因进行了分析。结果　医院护理人员的健康水平低于当地居民。危害护理人员健康和寿命的主要死因是恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、糖尿病和损伤与中毒。危害护理人员寿命的恶性肿瘤主要是肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌和宫颈癌。Objective In order to research the main causes of death and their effects to life span of nurses. Methods The indicators of life table were applied to analyze the causes of death and life span of nurses during 1985 1999 in twenty districts and municipal hospitals of Tangshan. Results The general level of nurses health was less than that of local residents. The main causes of death endangering nurses health and life span were malignant tumors, heart diseases, cerebral vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, diabetes and injuring toxic diseases. The main cancers impairing nurses life span were lung cancer, breast cancer, carcinoma of the ovary and carcinoma of the cervix. Conclusion There are professional hazard elements to nurses health in the environment of hospital. Nurses health and life span will be impaired if nurses work in the environment year in and year out.
