摘　　要：目的　探讨血液透析病人健康教育的需求。方法　采用问卷方式调查了 12 5名血液透析病人。结果　病人缺乏全面和更深层次的健康教育知识 ,对自身在健康促进中的认知不够 ,迫切需要能解决实际问题特别是如何预防并发症发生的健康教育内容。结论　提高血液透析病人的生存质量必须注重健康教育 。Objective To Probe the health education need of hemodialysis patients. Methods By questionaire method, 125 cases of hemodialysis patients were investigated. Results Patients shorted complete and deep health education knowledge, and did not know enough about his own action in health promoting. They need the contents that can solve the practical problems, such as how to prevent complications. Conclusions Paying great attention to health education and raising hemodialysis patients' living quality, nursing should play an important role in health education.
