三九胃泰颗粒对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的修复作用

摘　　要：目的观察三九胃泰颗粒对胃粘膜损伤修复和细胞增殖活性调控的影响。方法采用无水乙醇1mL胃饲诱发急性胃粘膜损伤大鼠模型并用三九胃泰颗粒治疗,免疫组织化学技术检测胃上皮细胞的增殖改变,早期应答基因c-jun和c-met的表达。结果三九胃泰颗粒、胃苏颗粒、养胃冲剂及丽珠得乐治疗组大鼠胃粘膜损伤指数(UI)均显著低于无水乙醇模型组及自然恢复组,尤以三九胃泰颗粒治疗后为甚(P<0.05);免疫组织化学显示三九胃泰颗粒、胃苏颗粒、养胃冲剂及丽珠得乐治疗组大鼠胃粘膜PCNA标记的阳性细胞数量、c-jun和c-met的阳性表达均有高于无水乙醇模型组及自然恢复组的趋势,尤以三九胃泰颗粒治疗后为甚(P<0.05)。结论三九胃泰颗粒能促进急性胃粘膜损伤的修复。Objective To investigate the effect of San Jiu Wei Tai (SJWT) on acute gastric mucosal lesion and cell proliferation. Methods Animal model of acute gastric mucosal lesion was established by intragastric instillation of 1 ml ethanol, and this model was treatmented with SJWT. The expression of PCNA, c-jun and c-met were analyzed by immunohistochemical studies. Results Gastric mucosal lesion index (UI) were significantly decreased after treatment with SJWT, Wei Su (WS), Yang We (YW) and Li Zhu De Le (LZDL) than model and spontaneous recovery rats, and the effect of SJWT was the most significant among those drugs (P<0.05). Immunohistochcmical staining revealed exclusive positive staining of PCNA, c-jun and c-met after treatment with SJWT, WS, YW and LZDL than model rats, and the effect of SJWT was the most significant among those drugs (P<0.05). Conclusion SJWT could accelerate the healing of acute gastric mucosal lesion.
