摘  要:本文研究了职业性锰接触对机体神经行为功能的影响。研究表明,当空气中锰深度(换算成二氧化锰)为0.252mg/m^3时,机体的行为如情绪、简单反应时、数字跨度、Benton视觉记忆及目标追踪Ⅱ,与对照组比,已有明显改变;其中某些行为的变化与空气中锰浓度呈一定良好的接触水平-效应关系。The effects of manganese compounds onthe performances in neurobehavior of workerswere reported. 83 workers engaged in mang-anese compounds operation in Shanghai Fer-roalloy Factory were selected as an exposuregroup. 50 non-exposed subjects as controlgroup. The distribution of age, sex and edu-cational level of both groups were similar.Additionally, samples were taken from 17representive operation sites of the workshopsfor consecutive two days and time-weightedaverage (TWA) of each worker were calculateAccording to the exposure level, the exposuregroup was subdivided into two, i. e. low leveland intermediate level groups. The neurobe-havioral function tests were carried out on allsubjects with WHO Neurobehavioral Core TestBattery (WHO NCTB). The data showed that when the air conc-entration of manganese (expressed as manga-nese dioxide) was 0.252mg/m^3, the neurobe-havioral functions of workers such as moodstate, digit span, digit symbol, simple reac-tion time,Benten visual retention and pursuitaiming Ⅰ had significant changes,as comparedwith the control group; with the increase ofthe exposure level, the changes of some beh-aviors such as mood state,digit span,digit sy-mbol and pursuit aiming Ⅰ more significant.There was a relationship between exposurelevel and alteration of some behavior, indica-ting that the current MAC of manganese(0.2mg/m^3) was safe, so far as the performancesin neurobehavior were concerned, needs tobe further studied.
