摘　　要：本文通过应用实例,以公路桥梁使用功能评价模型的研究为基础,阐述了特尔斐专家评估法的工作方法及其特点,以及在公路桥梁评价中的应用情况。This paper describes the working process and characteristics of the TELFE expert evaluation system based on the research of a highway bridge ser- viceability assessment model,and its application to highway bridge assessment is also presented.
