摘　　要：在文献资料研究的基础上 ,对我国高校体育实施素质教育的问题进行了探讨 ,并论述了高校体育如何顺应素质教育的要求 ,进行体育教育改革。In this paper, we focus on the quality oriented education of the physical education of colleges and universities by means of literature study; and discuss how to carry out the reform of the Physical Education.
