摘　　要：建立钢丝绳断丝断口漏磁场的分析计算模型,分析并计算钢丝绳外部和内部断丝断口产生的漏磁场,它们将是钢丝绳断丝检测和定量识别的基础。The broken wires are one of the mainly occurring defects of in-service wire ropes.Usually,the magnetic leakage testing method is available to detect the defects.This paper,firstly,builds the models for calculation and analysis of magnetic leakage flux caused by broken wires in wire ropes,and then the magnetical leakage flux of the internal and external broken wires in wire ropes is calculated and analysed.The results introduced in the paper will be the foundation of inspection of broken wires and that of the quantitative i-dentification of testing signals.
