摘　　要：目的:对高效液相色谱法测定己烯雌酚注射液含量的方法进行研究。方法:色谱条件:C_(18)柱,甲醇—水(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果:该方法的回收率为99.5％(RSD:1.2％n=7)。结论:方法操作简便,快捷,重现性好,可作为己烯雌酚注射液的含量测定方法。Objective: A method was developed for the determination of diethylstilbestrol injection by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic conditions were C_(18)column, methanol—water (75: 25) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254nm. Results: The recorery of the method was 99.5%, RSD 1.2%(n=7). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise, which can be used for the assay of the injection.
