Graves病患者外周血sIL-2R和TRAb水平的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者治疗前后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＲＡｂ水平的变化，指导临床用药及监测病清。方法；分别应用酶联法检测Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者治疗前后及对照组外周血ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ和ＴＲＡｂ，用放射免疫法测定Ｔ４、Ｔ３，并比较其变化。结果：Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者治疗前血ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ和ＴＲＡｂ水平明显高于治疗后及正常对照组，并且二者均与Ｔ４、Ｔ３水平呈正相关。结论：监测外周血ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ和ＴＲＡｂ水平对于Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者的治疗及预后分析有着重要意义。Objective: To study the changes of sIL -2R and TRAb levels in patients with Graves' disease and clarify their roles in monitroing the patients. Methods: sIL --2R and Trab were measured by ELISA, T3 and T4 were asssessed by radioimunoassay. Results:The levels of sIL -2R and TRAb in GD patients were higher than that in euthyroid patients and the controls. Significantly positive correlations were observed between sIL -2R .TRAb and T3.T4. Conclusion: The measurements of serum sIL -2R and TRAb may be very important to prognostic purposes and the patients' immunological status.
