摘  要:本文报告用CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣104例,治愈94.2%(98/104),无效5.8%(6/104),并对其临床资料、传染途径、鉴别诊断、治疗机理等进行讨论。实验观察了激光对细胞免疫系统功能的影响,结果发现,53例单用CO_2激光治疗前后总E花环(E-RFC)、活性花环(A-RFC)、淋巴细胞转化试验(LTT)三项指标,经统计学处理均P值>0.05无显著性差异,而另21例在CO_2激光治疗前和治疗后用He-Ne激光照射E-RFC的P值<0.05,A-RFC和LTT两项P值<0.01均有显著性差异,提示He-Ne激光有提高细胞免疫功能的作用。作者认为,尖锐湿疣用CO_2激光治疗再加He-Ne激光照射可提高治愈率。104 patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated by CO_2 laser. Complete recoverywas achieved in 98 (94.2%) cases and failed in 6 (5.8%). The clinical data, way of in-fection, differential diagnosis and mechanism of trcatment were discussed. The possible in-fluence of laser treatment on cellular immunity function was studied by E-RFC, A-RFG,and LTT index examination. In 21 cases treated by CO_2 laser alone, there was no signifi-cant difference between the indexes before and 10 days after treatment, white in 53 caseswho received additional He-Ne laser irradiation for subsequent 10 days after CO-2 aser the-rapy, the E-RFC was significantly increased (P<0.05) and the A-RFC and LTT were verysignificantly (p<0.01) increased after He-Ne laser irradiation. Those findings suggestthat the additional He-Ne laser irradiation may enhance the cellular immunity among pa-tients with condyloma acuminata treated by CO_2 laser therapy.
