摘　　要：文章对马克思《资本论》中有关合作工厂的论述进行系统归纳 ,指出其理论对我国国有中小型企业的股份合作制改革具有重大指导意义。In this paper,the statements concerned the cooperative factory made by Marx in his work Kapital are systematically inducted and decided to have the importantly directive meaning for the stock holding cooperative system reform of the chinese middle and small state-owned enterprises.
