摘  要:1 引言 家蚕孤雌生殖,自然发生量极少,人工诱发刺激处女蛾卵曾获得6%的变色卵。在家蚕卵色的组成中,浆液膜色由发育的受精核所决定。故用蚕卵着色可确定单性卵是否发育,用着色不干瘪可确定着色成活卵。将获得的着色活性卵,用常规方法饲养成当代单性蚕得继代蚕即可供选择之用。Two laser-irradiated ameiotic parthenoclones (Lamps) were selected from the segregated population of parthenogenesis of silkworm by CO2 laser irradiation, and were named Lamp1 and Lamp2 reslective-ly. Lampi demonstrated mutation of speckle sex-limitation from the blood sex-limitation of its parent and easier culture than two check silkworm breeds. and its constitution was stronger than those of the checks. Lam-p2 resembled its parent in blood sex-limitation, but its quality of cocoon and silk was better than those of the checks.
