体能类项目优秀运动员不同比赛阶段心理应激水平与血液生化指标变化的相关研究

摘　　要：比赛应激为运动员个体感知的比赛环境要求与自我能力认识间处于不平衡的身心状态。本研究通过对体能类项目优秀运动员血睾酮(T),血红蛋白(HB)指标在赛前、赛中和赛后的比较研究,探讨比赛心理应激唤醒水平与运动员血液生化指标之间的相互影响特征,并以此反应比赛心理应激水平的变化特征。为今后在大赛中调控比赛心理应激水平,保持较好的生理和心理能量阈值和良好的竞技状态提供理论依据。The compete psychological-emergency is regarded as a kind of bodily and psychological non-blanace state that athletes detect compete surroundings requirement and self - evaluation. Reflecting the change characteristict of compete psychological-emergenc level, this study have compared serum-testosterone (T) with HB of elite athletes of physical-strength sports items, and discussing the impact feature in each other of compete psychological-emergency and serum biochemical indicates changes. It will provide worthful theory evidence that athletes control compete psychological-emergenc level, and keep perfectlul physical and psychological energy threshold-value, and better athletics state.
