摘  要:通过对 7名现国家男子举重队优秀运动员进行挺举的“箭步式”和“下蹲式”两种上挺技术的比较研究 ,用实地测量的数据经过计算 ,证明了“下蹲式”上挺的突出优点。举重的整个过程是一个作功的过程 ,简而言之是一个力乘以距离的问题。假如能在举重中缩短杠铃的行程 ,就会用有限的力量举起更大的重量。本文不仅从正反两个方面对此问题进行了论述 ,同时从举重技术演变的历史 ,进一步阐明了“下蹲式”上挺的先进性。从发展的观点来看 ,“下蹲式”上挺将来成为上挺的主要潮流是有可能的。The skills of the scissors lunge jerk and the drop jerk were compared and studied in 7 elite weightlifters of the Chinese male weightlifting team. By calculating the data measured on the spot the protruding advantages of drop jerk were proved. The entire process of weightlifting is a process of working. In short, it is to multiply force and distance. If the journey of the barbell could be shortened during weightlifting, the greater weight could be lifted with the limited force. This problem was discussed from both positive and negative sides. Meanwhile, the advantages of the drop jerk were also expounded from the evolution history of the weightlifting technique. From the viewpoint of development, it is possible that the drop jerk will become the main tide of jerk.
