Halo背心制动对颈椎损伤病人呼吸功能的影响

摘　　要：对２０例颈椎损伤伴颈髓损伤患者进行研究，其中 １０例为未使用Ｈａｌｏ背心制动的后期颈髓损伤病人，１０例为使用Ｈａｌｏ背心制动的患者。两组皆行血气分析，并对使用Ｈａｌｏ背心制动的患者在松开背心与束紧背心状态下行肺功检能查，将所测得的参数与后期四肢瘫病人的肺功能进行比较，结果证明，Ｈａｌｏ背心制动对病人的呼吸功能没有不良影响。cases of cevical spinal cord injury were investigated. 10 among them were in the later stage of injury without Ralo--vest immobilization and 10 patients were in the acute stage of injury immobilized with Halo--Vest. Blocd gas and pulmonary function were measured. Pulmonary function of patients immobilized with Halo--vest was measured when loosening and tightening the vest. The data were analyzed using the statistical meethod. The results showed that Halo--vest has no adverse influence on the respiratary function of patients with cervical spinal cord in injury.
