摘　　要：本文针对秦皇岛耀华玻璃厂大型浮法玻璃窑小炉用烧结AZS砖在服役过程中出现的剥落现象,通过化学分析、X射线衍射分析、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段进行分析,认为该烧结AZS砖实质上是锆英石-刚玉质耐火材料,服役过程中物相结构的变化和热震作用是导致材料损毁的主要原因,选用烧结AZS砖应注意其物相结构及ZrO_2含量。Microstructural changes of the specimens after being used in the port of glass tank are examined by means of CA. XRD, OM and SEM to investigate the spalling of the sintered AZS bricks. Research work shows that: the sintered AZS bricks are in fact zircon-corundum re- fractories. The main reasons for spalling are the changes of phase and structure and thermal shock. The phase and structure and content of ZrO_2in the selection of sintered AZS bricks
