三花散对去卵巢大鼠血清内激素的影响

摘　　要：三花散投给去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠可见到较明显的防治骨质疏松作用，此作用是否通过改变大鼠血清内与骨代谢相关激素及代谢因子来完成的，为此，作者应用三月龄Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，切除双侧卵巢后分组投给三花散，分别与正常对照组（Ｓｈａｍ组）、ＯＶＸ组对照，饲养１５周后，观察血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）、活性维生素Ｄ３（１，２５－（ＯＨ）２Ｄ３）、骨钙素（Ｏｓｔｅｏｃａｌｃｉｎ）及降钙素（ＣＴ）含量变化。结果表明：三花散提高去卵巢大鼠骨量的作用不是通过补充雌激素来达到的，三花散可在一定程度上提高血清中１，２５－（ＯＨ）２Ｄ３含量，说明三花散防治去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用可能与提高大鼠对维生素Ｄ的摄取与合成利用有关系，此作用逊于ＣＥＥ３，中剂量组（Ｍ组）有明显增加血清内骨钙素含量的趋势，三花散可以提高去卵巢大鼠血清内ＣＴ值。The preventive and therapeutie effects of San Hua powder on osteoporosis were studied to establish the animal models of osteoporosis.We removed bilateral ovaria of three month old rats.We treated the ovariectomized animals with San Hua powder or nylestriol (CEE3),and compared them with shamopernted and blank ovariectomized groups.After 15 weeks,we observed the changes in contents of estradiol,vitamin D3,osteocalcin and calcitonin in serum.The results indicated that San Hua powder increased bone mass of overiectomied rats not by supplementing estrogen but by increasing the contents of vitamin D 3 in serum,in other words,by increasing intake and synthesis of vitamin D 3, and this effect was not as high as that in CEE3 treated group.Serum of osteocalcin in sham operated group tended to increase.San Hua powder could increase serum calcitonin in ovariectomized rats,but not as high as that in nylestriol rreated group.
