摘  要:目的:探讨急性心肌梗塞Q-T、J-T离散度对严重心律失常的预测意义。方法:测定73例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病人三天内的Q-T离散度(Q-Td)、校正Q-T离散度(Q-Tcd)和J-T离散度(J-Td)、校正J-T离散度(J-Tcd).并与94例正常人作对照。结果:AMI组的Q-Tcd及J-Tcd与对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.001)。二周内出现严重心律失常12例的Q-Tcd及J-Tcd和无严重心律失常组的61例也呈显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:结果提示,Q-Tcd及J-Tcd可以快速简便地预测AMI早期严重心律失常的发生,为治疗提供依据。Objective: To study the prognostic significance of Q-T dispersion. J-T dispersion for serious arrythmia of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: The Q-T dispersoin (Q-Td) and J-T dispersion (J-Td) of ECG in 73 patients with the acute myocardial infarction on the third day were observed and compared with 90 normal individuals. Results: The results show that Q-Tcd and J-Tcd of patients with AMI were significantly differed from those of normal group (P<0. 001) ; Q-Tcd and J-Tcd in AMI patients with serious arrythmia (12cases) significantly differ from no serious arrythmia group (61eases.P<0. 001). Conclusion: The results indicate Q-Tcd.
