摘 要:目的:了解医疗机构氧气湿化装置的微生物污染情况,探索氧气湿化装置的监测方法及标准。方法:采集南市区3所医院的49个使用中的氧气湿化装置,进行细菌菌落总数和霉菌检测。结果:检测湿化瓶中的湿化液,其细菌菌落总数≤100cfu/ml占42.86%,检测湿化瓶中的瓶壁,其细菌菌落总数≤200cfu/100cm2占76.67%,参照不同卫生标准比较湿化瓶中的湿化液及瓶壁的污染状况,其结果完全不同。结论:以湿化液细菌菌落总数≤100cfu/ml为合格标准,瓶壁细菌菌落总数≤200cfu/100cm2为合格标准,能较为合理地反映实际状况。In order to know microorganic contamination and to find out the suitable monitor method and hygienic standard for humidifying bottle of oxygen inhalation set, we investigate 49 using sets in hospitals of Nanshi district. According to the permissibIe limit(the bacterial count less than 100cfu/ml), 21 out of 49 samples which taked from water in humidifying bottle is neqative. According to the permissible limit(the bacterial count less than 200cfu/100cm2 ), 23 out of 30 samples which taked from interior wall of humidifying bottle is negative. Different hygenic standards were adopted to evaluate microorganic contamination of interior wall and water in humidifying bottle, the results were different. We coneider that the permissible limit of the bacterial count less than 100cfu/ml for water in humidifying bottle and less than 200cfu/100cm2 for interior wall in humidifying bottle are adopted, the results can reflect the status quo reasonable.
