摘  要:目的:探讨硒对应激损伤的作用。方法:建立束缚悬吊应激模型。采用旷场行为测定法、Nissl染色法和TBA比色法测定亚硒酸钠对慢性应激小鼠的行为、海马神经元和脑LPO的影响。结果:饮入亚硒酸钠的慢性应激小鼠脑LPO含量明显降低,海马神经元丢失减少,行为活动明显增多。结论:硒对应激引起的海马神经元损伤和抑郁样行为具有保护作用,该作用可能与其抗应激动物脑脂质过氧化有关。Objective To research the effect of selenium on stressful damage. Methods The mouse experimental model was established by restrainting and suspending. The effects of Na2SeO3 on the behavior, hippocampus neuron and brain lipid peroxide of chronic stress mice were observed and studied by open-field test, Nissl dye and TBA colorimetry. Results The content of lipid peroxide in brain decreased significantly, the loss of hippocampus neuron decreased, and behavior activity increased obviously after drinking the Na2SeO3 in chronic stress mice. Conclusion Selenium has a protective effect on hippcompus neuron damage and depressive behavior induced by chronicstress, this effect may be related to the selenium’s anti LPO function in brain.
