摘  要:为了探讨透明质酸钠预防椎板切除后硬膜外粘连机理,本研究采用高分子量(1.5×106)透明质酸钠作实验植入材料,使用兔非相邻节段椎板切除动物模型进行实验研究。30只兔共60个节段随机分成两组,⑴2%透明质酸钠组;⑵生理盐水对照组。术后2、4、6、8周处死动物取材,分别做光镜、扫描电镜、透视电镜检查。结果表明:高分子透明质酸钠具有明显预防术后硬膜外粘连的效果。它具有屏障作用,能抑制成纤维细胞、炎性细胞的渗出。For the study of the mechanism of preventative effects of sodinm hyaluronate on peridural fibrosis after lumbar laminectomy, two- level noncontinual laminectomies were performed on rabbits models. 60 laminectomy levels of 30 rabbits were divided into two groups randomly: Group 1: 2% sodium hyaluronate; Group 2: Normal saline as control. The animals were sacrificed at 2,4,6,8 weeks postoperatively. The specimens were prepared for histological study and electron scanning microscopy. The result showed that 2% sodium hyaluronate significantly prevented the peridural fibrosis after lumbar laminectomy. It served as a barrier to prevent the migration of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells, inhibited the proliferation of fibroblasts and reduced the scar formation. It was suggested that 2% sodium hyaluronate is a good material to prevent postoperative peridural fibrosis.
