充血性心力衰竭患者嗜中性白细胞膜脂流动性的研究

摘　　要：目的 观察嗜中性白细胞膜脂流动性(LFU)在充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中的变化及其意义.方法 选择CHF患者30例,正常对照者30例,用荧光分光光度计偏振技术测定外周血嗜中性白细胞LFU.结果 CHP组嗜中性白细胞LFU明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);心功能越差,LFU越低,并随着心功能的改善而逐渐升高(P分别 <0.05和0.01).结论 嗜中性白细胞LFU可能参与了CHF的病理过程,在一定程度上反映了心力衰竭程度.Objective To explore the changes of lipid fluidity (LFU) of neutrophil membrane in the congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Retrospective study was carried out to measured the LFU of neutrophil membrane in the peripheral blood of 30 in 30 patients with CHF and 30 controls by fluorescence polarization analysis. Results The LFU of neutrophil in CHF was apparently decreased (25. 025±3. 200). compared with control (77. 957±6. 624), P<0. 01. The worse was the cardiac function, the lower was the LFU value of neutrophil, as well as increased gradually with the improvment of cardiac function, P<0. 05 and 0. 01 (when the 7th day and 21st day after hospi-talization). Conclusions The decreased of the LFU of neutrophil membrane in peripheral blood may participate in the pathophysiology of CHF, and that may reflect the severity of CHF in certain sence.
