高血压病血压动态变化与胰岛素变化相关性的研究

摘  要:目的 调查高血压病血压动态变化与胰岛素变化的相关关系.方法 对30例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压(EH)患者,排除饮食因素对血清胰岛素浓度的影响,在24小时动态血压监测(ABPM)的同时,进行血清胰岛素浓度动态变化监测,每隔4小时观测一次血清胰岛素浓度,证明所测24小时血清胰岛素浓度值存在动态变化(P<0.001).同时对每名患者所测得的各胰岛素浓度值分别与其动态血压进行秩相关分析.结果 所测各点血清胰岛素浓度分别与收缩压、舒张压的均值呈正相关关系(0.429<r\-s<0.971,0.001<P<0.01).结论 高血压病患者血清胰岛素浓度的高低变化可能是血压升高、下降的一个重要调节因素.We studied 30 hypertension patients who were classified into stageⅠ and stageⅡ, ruling out the dietetic effect on the serum insulin concentration. We inspected the dynamic changes of serum insulin concentration when exerting ambulatory blood pressure monitor, and checked the insulin concentration every 4 hours. We found that the serum insulin concentration varied in the 24 hours (P<0. 001). At the same time, the value of insulin concentration measured from each patient was analyzed with the dynamic blood pressure. The result indicated that the serum insulin concentrations correlated strongly with the systolic and dias-tolic blood pressure(0. 429<r\-s<0. 971,0.001<P<0. 01). The result also suggest that the serum insulin concentration variety of hypertension patients is a key fact of adjusting fact of blood pressure changes.
