镁对充血性心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析镁对充血性心力衰竭病人血浆内皮素的效应.方法 选择慢性充血性心力衰竭患者24例,Ⅰ组为地高辛+利尿剂+卡托普利;Ⅱ组为氯化镁+地高辛+利尿剂+卡托普利.每组疗程21天,正常对照组14例.每组治疗前后测血浆内皮素浓度及血清镁浓度.结果 经治疗后Ⅱ组的心衰疗效优于Ⅰ组,血浆内皮素的下降率大于Ⅰ组,血清镁浓度高于Ⅰ组.结论 镁离子既能改善心功能又能间接地抑制内皮素的产生和促进内皮素的清除,使血浆内皮素浓度下降.For this study 24 cases of congestive heart failure were chosen. Group I was given digoxin + diure tics + cartopril; group I has given magnesium + Digxin + Digxin+diuretics + Cartopril. The period of treatment for each group was 21 days,the normal control group had 14 cases. Each group measured concentration of endothlin and magnesium before and after treatment. Conclusion The treatment showed that the treat merit effect of heart failure for Group I was better than that of Gnoup I ,and the decrease tate of endothlin in plasma for Gnoup I was greater than that for Group I ,and the Concentration of magnesium in serum for Gwaup I was higher than that for Group I . which showed that the magnesium ions Coud not only improve the heart function but also indirectly inhibit production of endothlin and promote its clearing and decrease its Concen tration.
