摘  要:抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(Tartrate-ResistantAcidPhosphatase,TRAP)是破骨细胞功能的重要标志物,它的活性与破骨细胞活性呈正相关。TRAP由破骨细胞产生后分泌入血,因此可通过测定血清中TRAP的活性来了解破骨细胞活性。本文为观察TRAP活性在正常人血清中动态变化趋势,采用对硝基酚磷酸盐法测定了237例(年龄0.5~72岁,平均年龄35.3±18.0)不同年龄段(每隔10岁为一年龄段)正常人血清TRAP活性。结果显示:①237例正常人血清TRAP活性水平为9.68±5.65U/L,其中男性为9.88±5.80U/L(n=129),女性为9.47±5.40U/L(n=108);②血清TRAP活性水平与年龄呈明显负相关(r=-0.337,P<0.01),儿童及青少年时期,血清TRAP活性都较高;成年(20岁)后,随年龄增长,其活性逐渐降低,在40~49岁达最低值(7.21±2.78U/L)。此后,男女两性的血清TRAP活性的变化表现出不同的趋势,男性血清TRAP活性基本保持在一定水平,而女性血清TRAP活性则开始逐渐回升。结果说明:血清TRAP活性可作为骨代谢过程中破骨细胞功能的较灵?Tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) is a functional marker of osteoclasts.Its activity is positively correlated with the activity of osteoclasts.TRAP can be produced by osteoclasts and secreted into the blood.So we can assess the activity of osteoclasts by determining the activity of TRAP in serum.In order to understand the change tendency of TRAP in serum of normal human beings,we systematically determined the serum levels of TRAP activity in a group of 237 normal persons aged 0 5 72 years divided into different decades,using P nitrophenyl phosphate disodium salt (pNPP) as substrate.The results wee as follows.1)The serum level of TRAP was 9.68±5.65U/L in normal subjects,9.88±5.80U/L in males ( n =129),and 9.47±5.40U/L in females ( n =108).2)The serum level of TRAP was negatively correlated with the age ( r =-0.337, P <0.01).It was high in childhood and adolescence.After 20 years of age,it decreased with age,and dropped to the lowest level (7.20±2.80U/L)in 40 49 years of age.Then it was different in sexes;the serum TRAP activity maintained a certain level in males,while it rise again in females.Our results showed that serum TRAP can be a sensitive marker for osteoclastic function in bone metabolism;it is of significance for clinic and basic research in bone metabolism.
