摘 要:采用同位素前体参入、液体闪烁计数、生长曲线及细胞活力测定等方法,初步证实多抗甲素能抑制T-56细胞的生长代谢,使其生长曲线下降,群体倍增时间延长,最大增殖倍数和饱含密度降低。说明多抗甲素具有一定程度的直接抗癌效应。多抗甲素抑制T-56细胞生长代谢的机制可能与其抑制RNA合成,扰乱核酸代谢有关。The biological effect of PAA on the T-56 cells was investigated by the conventional methods of cell biology (incorporation of the radioisotopes; liquid scintillation counting; determining the growth curve; contrasting the cells life rate). It was found that PAA resulted in the inh-ibiton of cell proliferation; an increase in population doubling time;a reduction in growth proliferating multiple and saturation densities. These findings suggest that PAA has certain role in inducing cell differentiation and antitumor activity. The mechanism of action of PAA on T-56 cells may relate to inhibition of synthesis of RNA. The toxicity and side effect of PAA is very low.
