摘 要:考虑各类分光光度计的工作特点,在线状入射光束条件下,从简推导了光导吸收池中按子午线全反射导光时吸光度A的积分表达式,并采用数值积分法计算了A对摩尔吸光系数和浓度的乘积ac、吸收池的长度b以及溶剂的表观散射系数β之间的依赖关系。结果表明,光导吸收池的A仍和c及b有线性响应关系。这为光导吸收池与普通分光光度计配套使用提供了理论依据。The integral expression of absorbance for meridional ray of Optical Waveguide Cell (OWGC) is deduced on the condition of line-type incident beam. Using the method of numerical integration, dependences of absorbance on parameters, such as the product of molar extinction coefficient and molar concentration of the solute, the length of OWGC and the linear apparent scattering coefficient of the solvent are calculated by the computer. The results indicate that there are good linear dependences of absorbance on the concentration of the solute and the length of OWGC. Furthermore, the variation of linear apparent scattering coefficient has no effect on the above linear dependences. This study provides the theoretical basis for the use of OWGC with the UV-240 spectrophotometer.
