摘　　要：以高通量工程试验堆（ＨＦＥＴＲ） 事故事件库为依据，参考核电厂典型人因失误的研究结果，讨论人因失误在异常事件中的存在方式和失误模式，分析人因失误的发生机理、总结反应堆异常事件中人因失误的原因分布种类和时间分布频度，指出核工业在现阶段需要注意的人因失误中的一些问题。This paper is based on the event storehouse of High\|Flux Engineering Test Reactor. Based on the research results of human error in Nuclear Power Plant, this paper discusses the existing mode and error mode of human error in abnormal events, analyses the reasons of human errors, and summarizes the reason distribution and time distribution of the human error in abnormal events. It also points out some problems needed to be noticed at present stage in nuclear industry.
