摘 要:目的:探讨大鼠血清钙与胰岛素分泌的相关性。方法:采用去除甲状旁腺法建立大鼠的低钙实验动物模型。实验组给予钙剂使血清钙升高,对照组仍维持低钙。实验组和对照组分别于实验前、去除甲状旁腺24小时及6天时采血测血清钙和血胰岛素。结果:实验组与对照组去除甲状旁腺24小时后血清钙降低(P<0.05),血胰岛素并不降低。去除甲状旁腺6天,对照组仍维持低钙,血胰岛素明显降低(P<0.05)实验组给予钙剂血清钙增高(与24小时相比P<0.05)。血胰岛素与24小时比降低(P<0.05),但显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组、对照组血清钙与血胰岛素实验前及去除甲状旁腺24小时时无相关性,6天时血清钙与胰岛素的分泌呈正相关(P<0.01 r=0.705)。结论:持续的低血钙可使胰岛素分泌减少。: Purpose To explore the relativity of blood serum calcium and insulin secretion in rats. Methods: Experimental group was administered calcium to raise the value of blood serum calcium; the controls were made to remain its low value of blood calcium. Blood serum calcium and insulin of the experimental group and the controls were determined before experiment and after the parathyroid glands were removed for 24 hours and six days respectively. Results:The results showed that the value of blood serum calcium decreased after the parathyroid glands were removed for 24 hours in the experimental and control groups(P<0. 05), the value of insulin didn't decrease right away (P<0.05). After the parathyroid glands were removed for 6 days,the value of blood serum calcium was kept inthe low state and the vlue of insulin decreased significantly in the controls (P<0.05); the value of blood serum calcium of the experimental group became higher after the experimental animals were given calcium compared with that of 24 hours (P<0.05); the value of insulin become lower, but it was higher than that of the controls remarkably compared with that of 24 hours (P<0.05) . There was no relativity between blood serum calcium and imsulim before the experiment and after the parathyroid glands were removed for 24 hours in the experimental group and the controls,but there was a positive relativity between insulin secretion and blood serum calcium at 6th day (P<0.01, r=0.705). Conclusion; Keeping blood serum calcium in lower state continuously may result in the decrease of the secretion of insulin.
