摘 要:目的:探讨异位骨化的病理、临床、X线表现及CT诊断价值;资料与方法:资料选取经X线随访证实资料完整的12例,全部病例均有不同程度之外伤史(损伤史),男11例,女1例,最大年龄69岁,最小年龄17岁,平均47岁。方法采用摄取正位及/或侧位X线平片,最小1次,最多4次,其中3例手术前做了层厚5mm的CT连续扫描。结果:X线表现以云絮状、片状、索条状多见,人工全髋关节置换术后发病率比较高,术前CT检查发现1例异位骨化周围低密度影。结论:X线平片是诊断异位骨化的最简便方法,CT检查是临床手术切除时估价范围的重要参考依据。Purpose: To explore the clinical pathology, clinical manifestations and X-ray findings of the heterotopic ossification and its CT diagnosis value. Methods: 12 cases with heterotopic ossification were selected as study subjects after X-ray follow-up identification. The patients had been injured at different degrees before. Of the patients, 11 were males, 1 was female, The oldest was 69, the youngest was 17, and the mean age was 47. The patients were radiogrphed Ap of laterial X-ray plain films. The minimum was radiograped once .The macimnm was four times. CT scan was performed in 3 cases. Result: The results of X-ray showed that something like cloud wool pieces and noose appendage signs were commonly found. The disease incidence was higher after the replace of artifical hip joint. The low density imange was found around heteropic ossification in one case by CT check before operation. Conclusion: X-ray plain film was the simplest way in diagnosis of heteroptopic ossification. CT examination can provie valuable information for surgeon to decide the excision scope before performing operation.
