染料结合测定小麦赖氨酸快速澄清方法的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过应用澄清剂的研究,首次提出在采用染料结合法测定小麦耔粒赖氨酸含量过程中,因待测液出现浑浊而影响测定结果的解决途径。研究表明,在待测液中加入0.8ml17％乙酸钙溶液作为澄清剂,可消除浑浊现象,得到准确的测试结果。A clarificant was studied for solving the problem of turbidity with dye combination method for determining wheat lysine. The result shows that as clarificant, adding 0.8ml cacium acetate (the consistency is 17 percent)into the liquid to be measured can eliminate turbidity and get accurate result.
