摘 要:目的:评价MRI对儿童头颅脊柱病变的诊断价值。方法:收集分析了96例儿童头颅脊柱病变的MRI检查结果并对FE及SE序列进行了比较。结果:MRI具有高组织对比,多成像因素,可任意方位扫描及无骨伪影等优点,从而提高了疾病的检出率及定位定性诊断的准确性,FE序列扫描时间短且图像清晰,SE序列头颅TIWI及脊柱T2WI可用FE序列代替。结论:MRI在儿童头颅脊柱疾病检查中有重要作用,随着MR的广泛应用,将推动儿科学快速地发展。Objective:To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosis of childhood head and spinal diseases.Method:96 cases of MRI of childhood head and spinal diseases were collected and analyses and FE sequences were compared with SE sequences.Result:MRI possesses hyper tissue contrasting,multi-factors imagingforming,voluntary-angle scanning,no bone artifacts and so on,increases the rate of finding lesions and the accuracy of its location and qualitive diagnosis.FE Scanning time is shorter and imaging becomes clearer.FE sequences can instead of SE sequences in T1 WI of head and T2 WI of spine.Conclusion:MRI plays an important role in the examinging of childhood head and spinal diseases.It will promote the development of pediatrics by increasing the use of MRI.
