摘　　要：目的：中青年股骨颈骨折颈吸收后股骨颈重建。方法：应用缝匠肌骨瓣移植桥接重建股骨颈。结果：本组１１例患者术后平均随访４年２个月，骨瓣桥接端全部正常愈合，髋关节优良率８１．８％。结论：缝匠肌骨瓣具有血循环丰富，取骨量大，骨质坚硬，支撑力强等特点，用它桥接重建股骨颈，桥接端可达正常骨愈合，愈合后骨瓣可承受股骨颈正常的剪应力，髋关节功能恢复彻底。Aim:To reconstruct fermoral neck after the fermoral neck fracture in middle-aged persons.Method:by using bone flap of M.Sartorious to connect the transplant.Result:after following 11 patients for 4 years and 2 month who were so treated,it was found that the joint tip of the bone flap had healed up very well.The success rate for hip function proved to be 81.8%.Conclusion:The bone flap of M.sartorious has many characteristics:there are many bones that can be used,the bone quality is hard and provide strong support and blood circu lation is improved.When it was used to reconstruct the femoral neck,the joint tip healed up normally.The bone flap can sustain the femoral neck normal activity and th function of hip can be compeletely restored.
