玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：本文观察玻璃酸钠注射液（以下简称ＳＨ）治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。对７０例膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠（每周２ｍｌ；５支一疗程）。观察患者在治疗期间及一疗程后２３周内的临床表现改善情况及药物的安全度，评价该药的临床疗效。结果表明，玻璃酸钠即透明质酸钠（ＨＡ）对轻、中度膝关节骨性关节炎具有良好的疗效。To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sofast (sodium hyaluronate product)on osteoarthritis of the knee sofast was injected into the knee joint in 70 patients with osteoarhritis 2ml every week for five weeks.The clinical efficacy and drug safety were observed during and 23 weeks after the treatment 68 patients were obviousiy improved.SOFAST is efficent for patients with slight and mild osteoarthritis but is little effect on those with serious osteoarthritis.Its side effects are very slight.SOFAST is an effective,ideal and safe drug for the patients with slight and mild osteoarthritis.
