摘　　要：试验证实油扩散泵抽气系统的返油污染对被试卫星造成非常有害的影响。介绍利用3台ZDB-1300制冷机低温泵代替4台扩散泵的清洁真空技术改造,给出新旧系统的性能比较,并介绍了新系统在返回式卫星整星热平衡试验中的成功应用。It has been confirmed by testing that the oil backstreamingcontamination of the oil diffusion pump system formed very harmful ef- fects on tested satellite.The technological transforming,replacing the 4oil diffusion pump by 3 ZDB-1300 helium refrigerator cryopumps will beintroduced in this paper.The performance comparison of the new systemwith old system will be given.The successful using of new system in thethermal balance test for returnable satellite will be presented also.
