摘　　要：目的 探讨急性缺氧条件下心血管调节肽的改变.方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定血浆生长抑素、神经降压素、强啡肽含量.结果 缺氧后三种肽类均较缺氧前升高.结论 这些小分子肽类可能参与缺氧时心血管活动的调节.ve To determine the changes of neuropeptides on acute hypoxia. Methods The plasmalevels of neurotensin, somatostatin and dynorphin A were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Three peptidesincreased significantly after the exposure to hypoxia. Conclusion These peptides might participate in the regulationof cardiovascular activities on hypoxia.
