糖尿病80例血脂临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析糖尿病人血糖控制前后血脂变化,为治疗提供依据.方法 对80例门诊及住院糖尿病病人分血糖控制组及非控制组进行血脂分析.结果 血糖未控制或控制不满意时,糖尿病组甘油三脂(TG)明显高于正常组,血糖控制后TG明显下降,P<0.05,且血糖控制前后女性组TC均高于男性组,P<0.05.结论 低脂饮食同时控制血糖,TG及极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)可部分纠正,否则需进行降脂药物治疗.ve To analyse the blood fat change of diabetic patients after their blood sugar have beencontrolled, and to provide the treatment evidence of the diabetic hyperlipemia. Methods 80 cases of diabetic pa-tients selected from inpatients and outpatients were divided into the blood sugar controlled group and non-controlledgroup. Results When the blood sugar of the diabetic patients group are uncontrolled or controlled dissatisfactory,the TG are higher than normal group, after the blood sugar have been controlled, the TG are reduced obviously, P< 0.05. And whether the blood sugar has been controlled or not, the TG of female group are higher than the malegroup, P < 0.05. Conclusion By the low-fat diet and controlling the blood sugar, the TG and VLDL can be cor-rected partially, if the method is invalid the fat reduction medicine must be applied
