升降汤对小白鼠肠蠕动及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索中药升降汤对胃肠蠕动的作用及对胃肠激素的影响。方法:(1)用测量碳素墨水在小肠移动长度的实验方法观察10只小白鼠用升降肠灌胃后小肠的蠕动功能,并与蒸馏水对照组10只进行对比观察;(2)用放射免疫分析法同步测定30只以升降汤灌胃治疗10天后小白鼠小肠组织胃动素和生长抑素水平,并与蒸馏水对照组31只对比观察。结果:升降汤组平均碳素墨水的移动长度为52.8±3.55(cm);占小肠总长度95.16±3.27(％0;对照组平均碳素墨水的移动长度为31.45±7.62(cm),占小肠总长度59.26±5.24(％),两组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。升降汤组胃动素水平为8.7094±1.0735ng/g(湿重),对照组为7.5854±0.8479ng/g(湿重),两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);升降汤组生长抑素水平为24.0743±2.9121ng/g(湿重),对照组为30.8291±3.6886ng/g(湿重),两组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:升降汤可促进小白鼠的胃肠蠕动,可提高小白鼠小肠组织的胃动素及降低生长抑素水平,为该药在临床上调节胃肠运动功能的进一步研究提供了一定的参考。Aim To explore the effect of shengjiang Tang (ST) on gastrointestinal peristalsis and gastrointestinal hormones. Methods 1. The peristalsis length of chinese ink in small intestine of 10 mice were investigatedafter gastric infusion of ST, compared with 10 mice with distilled water; 2. By means of radioimmunoassay, the of motilin and somatostalin in small intesline tissue of 30 mice were investigated after a ten - day course of gastric infusion of ST,compared with 31 mice with distilled waetr. Results In the STgroup and the control group, the average peristalsis length of chinese ink in small intestine were 52.8 ± 3.55cm (95.16 ± 3.27 % account for the total congth of small in testine) and 31.45 ± 7.62cm(59.26 ± 5.24 % account for the total congth of small intestine) (p < 0.01) ; the levels of motilin were 8.7094 ± 1.0735 ) ng/g, and 7.5854 ± 0.8479 ng/g( p < 0.05), and the levels of somatostatin were 24.0743 ± 2.9121 ng/g and 30.8291 ± 3.6886 ng/g(p < 0.01 ) repectively. Conclusion It is indicated that ST can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis of mice and can increase the levels of motilin and decrease the levels of somatostatin in small tissue of experimental mice.
