摘 要:本研究对30名使用强的松治疗的患儿治疗前及治疗6个月时的骨代谢指标尿Crosslaps/Cr、NTX/Cr、Hop-Cr及血清25-OHD进行了比较。同时测定了13名患儿治疗前后的骨密度,并将4种治疗指标与正常儿童进行了比较。结果表明:(1)尿Crosslaps/Cr、NTX/Cr、是继发性骨量丢失的敏感指标;(2)强的松有促进骨吸收的作用;(3)骨吸收生化指标的改变先于骨密度的改变。Four bone biochemical markers in urine and blood were studied in 30 children with nephrotic syndrome and other immune diseases. Urine Crosslaps/Cr, NTX/Cr, Hop/Cr ratios and serum levels of 25-OHD were measured before and after treatment with prednisone. BMD were measured in thirteen of them. The results indicate that the ratios of Crosslaps/Cr and NTX/Cr are sensitive markers of bone resorption for monitoring secondary bone loss; prednisone can promote bone resorption; the changes in markers of bone resorption are earlier than that in BMD.
