摘  要:本文介绍使用活性极弱的125I液体源测量大鼠模型骨矿密度的新方法。利用目前国内使用较多的SPA─4型骨矿分析仪[1],在其扫描臂上部的下端再加装一个有Φ2.5×6的出射孔的铅室,铅室内部尺寸可以安装125I液体源标准安瓿瓶,瓶内有0.1~0.2ml液体,其125I活性为1×I09Bq(27mCi),125I的27.5keV低能γ射线由铅室的出射孔向下发出。改进后即把检测人的24lAm单光子骨矿密度仪变成大鼠模型的125I单光子骨矿密度仪。检测精度为±1.7%,不确定度为(3~5)%。This paper describes a method using a liquid radioactive source (125)I with very weak activity to measure the bone mineral density of rat models. A lead chamber with ф2. 5×6 outgoing hole is mounted on the upper end of scanner arm of a SPA-4 type bone mineral analyzer[1]. The inner space of lead chamber may contain a standard ampere-bottle with (125)I liquid source of 0. l ̄0. 2 ml and the (125)I activity emits low energy γ-rays of 1×109Bq (27mCi) with main energy of 27. 5 keV. The γ-rays are emitted from the outgoing hole to form a beam and pass through the specimen of low bone mineral density. By such improvement an (241)Am single photon bone mineral analyser for humans can be changed into an (125)I single photon bone mineral analyser for rat models. The measurement precision is±1. 7% and the uncertainty is 3%  ̄5%.
