股外侧皮神经的临床解剖

摘　　要：在17具(34侧)成人尸体标本上解剖观察了股外侧皮神经在股部的分支分布。股外侧皮神经在股部出现率100%。穿出腹股沟韧带下缘处距髂前上棘的距离较恒定。其前支的主干长9.5cm,横径2.9mm。前支全长平均34.5cm 远端走向髌骨中点占70.6%。股外侧皮神经位置表浅、恒定,容易显露切取,手术损伤小,临床可应用长度14～20cm,有适当横径,是较为理想的神经供体 且手术疤痕部位隐蔽 尤其适用于年青女性。The branches and distribution of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh were obser-ved on 17 adult corpse specimens(34 sides).The nerve was found in the region ofthigh in all specimens.The point that it pierces the deep fascia is beneath the in-guinal ligament and has a relatively permanent distance to the anterosuperior iliacspine.The trunk of its anterior branch is about 9.5cm in length and 2.9mm indiameter.The total length of the anterior branch is 34.5cm on the average,andin 70.6o% of the eases it runs toward the center of patella.With the advantagesof permanent and superficial location,the lateral eutaneous nerve of thigh is easyto harvest and is an ideal donor nerve with an applicable length of 14～20cmand adequate diameter.The surgery is especially suitable for young female patientsfor its hidden incision.
