伸肌总腱起始部的形态及其临床意义

摘　　要：对40例上肢伸肌总腱起始部的形态进行了观测。桡侧腕短伸肌起始部呈“舟状”腱膜,为伸肌总腱的主要组成部分。伸肌腱可分总腱型67.5%和非总腱型32.5%,伸肌总腱损伤主要是舟状腱膜损伤,是肱骨外上髁炎的首要病理变化。Forty embalmed upper limbs were dissected for the study of the origin of thecommon extensor tendon.The commencement of the extensor carpi redialis brevis,akeel-shaped aponeurosis,is the main structure of the common tendon.Histological de-monstration shows the aponeurosis contains mainly collagen fibers.Two kinds of com-mon tendon,the true common tendon(67.5%)and non-common tendon(32.5%)werefound.In 15% of the cases,a synovial bursa was found between the supinator andthe common tendon.The common tendon,especially the keel-shaped aponeurosis,maybe readily involved in lateral epicondylitis.
