摘　　要：对32具尸体(64侧)的胸骨舌骨肌作了观测。该肌面积15.2cm^2。肌的动脉主要来自环甲肌支、腺支和胸锁乳突肌支,动脉干长1.8cm、始部外径1.4mm。肌的静脉主要通过颈前静脉、颈静脉弓及甲状腺上静脉引流,静脉干长2.7cm、末端外径1.7mm。肌的神经主要自颈袢突侧和舌下神经降支发出,神经干长4.5cm、始部横径1.5mm。文中讨论了肌瓣的应用解剖。The sternohyoid muscle,its blood supply and nerve distribution were investigated in 32 adultChinese cadavers.It was observed that the muscle is 15.12cm in dimension,its blood vessels aremainly from cricothyroid artery,throid artery and sternocleidomastoid artery with an arterialtrunk of 1.83±0.81cm in length and 1.4±0.4mm in outside diameter.The venous drainage ofthe muscle is mainly to the anterior cervical vein,the jugular venous arch and the superior thyroidvein.The venous trunk is 2.70±1.81cm in length and 1.7±0. 5mm in outside diameter.Themuscle is innervated by the branches arising from the convex side of cervical ansa and from thedescending branch of hypoglossal nerve with an average length of 4.5±2.3cm and diameter of 1.5±0.4m.No significant difference was found detween male and female cadavers.
